Welcome to The Dreamy Tour. By booking any tour, package, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  1. All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp/email.
  2. A booking is considered confirmed only after full/partial payment (as applicable) and issuance of an official confirmation email or invoice from The Dreamy Tour.
  3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.
  1. Payments can be made through our approved payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).
  2. Full payment is required before the start of the tour unless otherwise specified.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price quoted at the time of confirmed booking will be honored.
  1. Cancellation requests must be shared in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
  2. Refund rules:
    • 30 days before the tour: 80% refund
    • 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund
  3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  1. Any changes to dates, itinerary, or traveler details must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
  2. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

Services included in the package (transportation, accommodation, meals, entry tickets, guide services, etc.) will be mentioned clearly at the time of booking.

  • Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” is considered an exclusion.
  1. Guests must carry valid ID proofs, visas, permits, and other required documents.
  2. The Dreamy Tour is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by missing documents, traffic, weather, or government restrictions.
  1. Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their participation.
  2. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the tour.
  3. Guests must follow safety instructions provided by the guide/driver.
  1. The Dreamy Tour acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
  2. We are not responsible for:
    • Loss or damage to luggage/personal items
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or natural disasters
    • Acts of negligence by third-party vendors
  3. Our liability is limited to the amount received for the booked service.
  1. Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow passengers, service providers, and local communities.
  2. Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.
  1. During tours, photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.
  1. We collect customer information solely to provide travel services.
  2. Personal data is kept confidential and is never sold to third parties.
  1. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Agra.
